Go to My Orders.
Select the order you want to track.
Click Track Order to view the latest shipping updates.

You can monitor your order anytime, anywhere.

Order Status Explained

Your order may go through the following stages:

🟢 Order Placed

Your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting seller confirmation.

🟡 Order Confirmed

The seller has accepted your order and has started processing it.

📦 Preparing for Shipment

Your products are being picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

🚚 Shipped

Your package has been handed over to the delivery partner and is on its way.

📍 Out for Delivery

Your order is with the delivery agent and is expected to arrive soon.

✅ Delivered

Your order has been successfully delivered to the provided address.

❌ Cancelled

The order has been cancelled by the customer, seller, or due to other applicable reasons.

↩️ Return Requested

A return request has been submitted and is currently under review.

🔄 Returned

The returned product has been received and is being processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
