Welcome to RaRa Deals.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RaRa Deals website, Progressive Web App, Android application, iOS application, Seller Dashboard and related marketplace services operated by RaRa Deals Pvt. Ltd. (“RaRa Deals”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, registering, browsing, placing an Order, purchasing a product, registering as a Seller or otherwise using RaRa Deals, you agree to these Terms.

1. Marketplace Platform

RaRa Deals is a multi-vendor online marketplace that connects customers with independent Sellers.

Products listed on the platform may be owned, supplied and fulfilled by individual Sellers rather than by RaRa Deals itself.

Seller-specific product information, availability, quality, warranty and fulfillment may therefore be the responsibility of the relevant Seller, subject to applicable law and marketplace policies.

2. Account Registration

Certain features require an account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Customer Accounts

Customers must not use RaRa Deals for:

• Fraud

• Fake orders

• Payment abuse

• Account impersonation

• Unauthorized access

• Platform manipulation

• Illegal activities

RaRa Deals may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity, subject to applicable law.

4. Seller Accounts

Sellers must complete the applicable registration and verification process.

Sellers must provide accurate information and comply with the Seller Terms & Conditions.

RaRa Deals may reject, suspend or restrict Seller accounts where verification requirements are not met or marketplace policies are violated.

5. Product Listings

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that product listings are accurate.

Listings may contain:

• Product name

• Description

• Images

• Specifications

• Price

• Stock

• Variants

• Warranty information

• Other relevant information

Customers should review product information carefully before placing an Order.

6. Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

An Order may be cancelled or rejected where a product is unavailable, incorrectly listed, affected by a technical error, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

7. Prices

Prices may change from time to time.

Promotions, coupons, discounts, taxes, delivery charges and other applicable fees may affect the final payable amount.

The applicable amount displayed at checkout will generally apply to the Order, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

8. Orders

Submitting an Order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An Order may require confirmation and fulfillment by the relevant Seller.

RaRa Deals may cancel or reject an Order for legitimate reasons including:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing or listing error

• Payment failure

• Seller inability to fulfill

• Fraud or security concerns

• Delivery limitations

• Technical problems

• Other legitimate operational reasons

9. Multiple Sellers and Orders

Because RaRa Deals is a multi-vendor marketplace, products purchased from different Sellers may be processed as separate Seller orders or sub-orders.

Customers may therefore receive multiple shipments from a single checkout.

10. Payments

RaRa Deals may support available payment methods such as:

• Cash on Delivery

• Digital wallets

• Bank-based payments

• QR payments

• Cards

• Other supported payment methods

Payment method availability may vary depending on location, product, Seller and technical availability.

11. Delivery

Delivery is subject to the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Estimated delivery times are not necessarily guaranteed deadlines.

12. Returns and Replacement

Eligible returns and replacements are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.

Generally, eligible issues should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Seller replacement is the primary resolution for eligible cases, subject to applicable law and product-specific rules.

13. Customer Reviews

Customers may submit honest reviews and ratings based on genuine experiences.

Fake, manipulated, abusive, defamatory or fraudulent reviews are prohibited.

RaRa Deals may remove or restrict content that violates applicable policies or law.

14. Promotions and Coupons

RaRa Deals may offer:

• Coupons

• Discounts

• Flash sales

• Promotional campaigns

• Free delivery offers

• Other promotional programs

Each promotion may have separate eligibility, validity and usage conditions.

15. Wallet, Credits and Promotional Benefits

If RaRa Deals provides wallet, credits, cashback or promotional balances, additional terms may apply.

Such balances may be subject to expiry, restrictions or non-transferability where permitted by applicable law and the relevant program terms.

16. Intellectual Property

RaRa Deals branding, logo, website design, application interface, software, text, graphics and other original content may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse engineering or commercial use is prohibited except where permitted by law.

17. User Content

Users may submit reviews, photos, comments and other content.

Users must have the necessary rights to submit such content.

Users must not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, threatening or abusive content.

18. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Hack or disrupt the platform

• Distribute malware

• Manipulate Orders

• Commit payment fraud

• Abuse coupons

• Create fake accounts

• Conduct fraudulent transactions

• Scrape or misuse platform data without authorization

• Infringe intellectual property

• Use customer or Seller data unlawfully

• Engage in illegal activity

19. Third-Party Services

RaRa Deals may integrate third-party payment, delivery, authentication, analytics, communication, map, cloud and notification services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

20. Website and App Availability

RaRa Deals aims to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruption may occur due to:

• Maintenance

• Server issues

• Network outages

• Cybersecurity incidents

• Third-party failures

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

21. Account Suspension

RaRa Deals may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where necessary to protect customers, Sellers, the platform or comply with applicable law.

22. Privacy

Use of RaRa Deals is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled across our website and applications.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RaRa Deals will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

24. Indemnification

Where permitted by applicable law, users may be responsible for losses or claims arising from their unlawful use of RaRa Deals, violation of these Terms, fraud, infringement or other wrongful conduct.

25. Changes to These Terms

RaRa Deals may update these Terms when necessary.

Updated Terms will be published on the website or application.

Continued use of RaRa Deals after an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted subject to the laws applicable in Nepal.

Disputes should first be addressed through RaRa Deals customer support or an appropriate internal resolution process where possible.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
